At the moment, I am a Compensation & Analytics Program Manager at DigitalOcean, and have spent the last four years of my professional career supporting People Operations, Analytics, and Total Rewards at the company.
I'm also a recent graduate of NYU's Master of Science in Human Capital, Analytics, and Technology program. Otherwise, I love time with family and friends, a beautiful hike, live music, and food of all kinds!

I have 10+ years of HR project management experience. I've spent that time assessing, transforming, implementing and owning critical HR processes to ensure they are efficient, scalable, and compliant. I've been involved in multiple mergers & acquisitions, and was at DigitalOcean before, during, and after they became a public company.
People Analytics
I'm passionate about using analytics to drive People strategies and make data-informed decisions. I am a specialist in collecting and analyzing HR data, and most importantly, translating that data to leaders and stakeholders. I've worked with all kinds of people data including headcount data, DEI data, and compensation data, to name a few. I have experience using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, and Workday Reporting.

I am deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion work and am fully dedicated to the advancement of our most disenfranchised and underrepresented communities in the workplace. I take a human, analytical, and transparent approach in tackling DEI gaps and have led DEI initiatives in the media, advertising, and technology industries.
